摘 要:介绍了丙烯腈中不加溶剂,直接通氯气进行氯化加成反应,再经消除反应两步合成2-氯丙烯腈的方法。考察了催化剂用量、氯气用量、反应时间、反应温度对2-氯丙烯腈收率的影响。结果表明,在丙烯腈与催化剂和氯气的摩尔比为1∶0.08∶1.1,反应温度10~15℃,通气反应时间3.5h条件下,2-氯丙烯腈的收率达到85%以上,产品纯度可达95%。Two- step method to directly synthesize 2 - chloroacrylonitrile without the presence of solvent including addition reaction of chlorine gas with acrylonitrile and elimination reaction. The effects of reaction conditions comprising the amount of catalyst and chlorine gas, reaction time, and reaction temperature on the yield of 2 - chloroacylonitrile were examined. The result showed that the yield of the product could be over 85 %, the purity of the product up to 95 % when the molar ratio of 2 - chloroacrylonitile to catalyst and chlorine gas was 1 : 0.08 : 1.1, reaction temperature 10 - 15 ℃ and reaction time 3.5 h.
