摘  要:研究了微波辐射还原硝基苯制苯胺的方法,考察了催化剂品种及用量、氯化铵用量、微波辐射功率及萃取剂品种对苯胺产率的影响。结果表明,选择锌粉为催化剂,乙酸乙酯为萃取剂,在硝基苯、氯化铵及锌粉摩尔比1∶1∶4,微波功率50%的最佳条件下,苯胺产率达90%以上。The method to synthesize aniline by reduction of nitrobenzene under microwave radiation in water phase was studied.The effects of reaction conditions including kinds and amount of catalysts, amount of ammonium chloride, power of microwave and kinds of extracting agent on the yield of aniline were examined. The result showed that the yield of the product could be above 90% under the optimum reaction conditions as follows: zinc powder as catalyst, ethyl acetate as extracting agent, molar ratio of nitrobenzene to ammonium chloride and zinc powder 1 : 1 : 4, power of microwave 50 % .
