摘  要:介绍了络合铁法脱硫机理,该工艺关键是络合铁脱硫剂的再生,考察了络合铁脱硫剂的再生条件。结果表明,在柠檬酸亚铁溶液体积1L,二价络合铁离子浓度0.6mol/L,溶液pH4.0,空速1250h-1,再生温度313K,再生时间25min,不加催化剂条件下,柠檬酸亚铁脱硫剂再生效率达90%以上。说明利用空气再生柠檬酸亚铁脱硫剂,处理含高浓度H2S气体方法行之有效,并实现了在低pH条件下络合铁脱硫剂的再生。The desulphurization mechanism of chelated iron was introduced and the key to the process was regeneration of chelated iron. The regeneration conditions for chelate iron were examined. The result showed the regeneration rate of iron( Ⅱ) was more than 90% under the conditions as follows: 1 liter of iron( Ⅱ ) citrate solution,0.6 mol/L of chelated iron( Ⅱ ) solution, pH of the solution 4,1 250 h^-1 of hourly space velocity,313 K of regeneration temperature,25 minutes of regeneration time with the absence of catalyst,showing it was effective that iron( Ⅱ ) citrate was regenerated by air and the such chelated iron treated the high content hydrogen sulfide. The iron( Ⅱ ) citrate was regenerated under low pH.
