摘 要:介绍了液膜法处理含酚废水的原理,并用此方法对炼油厂综合利用车间碱渣和环烷酸含酚200~4000μg/g的废水进行处理。考察了乳水比、乳液和煤油复用次数、搅拌速度及废水含酚量对脱酚效果的影响。结果表明,乳水比对脱酚效果影响显著,乳水比值越大,脱酚效果越好;乳液复用次数视原废水含酚量而定;煤油可复用多次;搅拌速度440~480min-1有利于脱酚;原废水含酚量对脱酚效果影响也较大,含酚量高的废水需经二级处理可达控制指标。并对含酚废水处理量2t/h的工业实验装置主要设备、制乳和破乳及废水处理流程作简要介绍。Abstract The principle of treating phenol - containing wastewater using emulsion liquid membrane was introduced. The method was used to treat the waste water containing 200 - 4 000 μg/g phenol produced during the alkaline washing of oil products in Comprehensive Utilization Shop of the refinery. The effects of ratio of emulsion to wastewater,times of repeatedly using the emulsion and kerosene, stirring rate, and content of phenol in waste water on the result of extracting phenol from waste water were examined. The result showed that ratio of emulsion to waste water influenced the result of extracting phenol obviously. Times of repeatedly using emulsion depended on the content of phenol in original waste water while kerosene could be repeatedly used for several times. The result also indicated that the higher the stirring rate, the better the result of extracting phenol. Phenol content in original waste water had some effects on the result of extracting phenol in some extent. Waste water with high content of phenol should be treated twice to meet the specifications of water quality.
