摘  要:通过建立大鼠离体心脏氧反常模型,研究川芎嗪和丹参对其保护作用。结果表明,二者均具有增强心肌收缩力、降低心律失常发生率和抗脂质过氧化的作用。川芎嗪主要是通过适度的负性变时性,减少心肌耗氧和钙内流,抑制自由基生成而起作用;丹参对心脏的保护作用则是通过扩冠、增加冠状动脉血流量和供氧,以及保护心肌组织内SOD活性而实现的。The protective effects of tetramethylpyrazine (TMP) and danshen (DS) on oxygen paradox in isolated Langendorff's rat heart were studied. During reperfusion after administering TMP or DS, myocardial contractile force was markedly recovered (P<0. 01) .whereas incidence of reperfusion arrhythmias and levels of lipid peroxi-dation in myocardium were significantly reduced (P<0. 01,F<0. 01 respectively). The results showed that the protective effects of TMP on oxygen paradox may be mediated by means of moderate negative chronotropic effect and inhibition of free radical propagation, whereas the DS may be related to its actions of increasing coronary flow rate and protecting the activity of superoxide dismutase.
