摘　　要：本文首先简单讲述了电动机软起动器的工作原理;而后讨论了软起动器的各种电路拓扑结构的特点,给出了普遍被采用的几种电路拓扑结构图;同时文中较为全面地讲述了软起动器采用的一些控制方式,对目前比较先进的几种控制方式,如转矩控制方式、模糊控制方式、节能控制方式等做了较为详细的论述。This paper explains the principle of AC motors soft-starter; then discusses the characteristic of kinds ot topological configuration of soft-starter, several of these topological configurations be adopted abroad in the fact application, which charts are given in the paper; At the same time it explains the control modes of soft-starter adoptive in the round, the several relatively advanced control mode, such as torque control mode, fuzzy control mode, power saved control mode, are analyzed particular in the paper.
