摘　　要：通过对功率器件IGBT的工作特性分析、驱动要求和保护方法等讨论,介绍了的一种可驱动高压大功率IGBT的集成驱动模块HCPL-316J的应用。The work characteristic, the requirement of drive circuit and the way of protection etc of the power electronic, device IGBT are discussed. The application of integrated drive module HCPL-316J which can drive high voltage and high power IGBT is introduced.
