益气活血利湿法治疗下肢慢性静脉功能不全临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察益气活血利湿法治疗下肢慢性静脉功能不全的临床疗效。方法将86例下肢慢性静脉功能不全患者按数字表法随机分为2组,治疗组46例予益气活血利湿中药治疗,对照组40例予强力迈之灵治疗,以治疗前后小腿周径变化和临床症状的改善情况作为观察指标。结果2组用药后膑骨下10 cm髁上5 cm周径比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);治疗组显效率69.56%,对照组为40.00%,2组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论益气活血利湿法治疗下肢慢性静脉功能不全疗效可靠。Objective To research the Chinese herbs with function of nourishing qi, activating blood circulation and eliminating wetness on lower limbs venous insufficency. Methods 86 patients with lower limbs insufficency were randomly divided into two groups according to the numeration table. 46 patients in the treatment group were treated with herbs of nourishing qi, activating blood circulation and eliminating weness, 40 patients in the control group were orally administrated Aescuven forte two tablets every time, twice a day. The perimeter of the crus and the improvement of the clinical syndrome were observed as index before and after treatment. Results The crus perimeter of patients in the treatment group significantly decreased compared to the control group（ P 〈 0.05）.The apparent rate in the treatment group and the control group was 69.56% and 40.00% respectively（ P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion Chinese herbs have definite effect on lower limbs venous insufficency.
