摘　　要：本文简要介绍了 ISA 总线型以太网络控制芯片 RTL8019AS 的使用特性;说明了使用80C196单片机控制 RTL8019AS 将 RS232总线信号转换成以太网可传输信号的硬件电路设计方案。本设计中,利用 C196语言对 RTL8019AS 芯片进行初始化编程,并编写了用以实现以太网通信所需的协议,如 UDP、IP、ARP 等,最后对该系统进行了调试和验证。This article briefly introduced the characteristic of ISA bus Ethernet controller RTL8019AS; introduced the hardware design approach of using 80C196 to control RTL8019AS to convert the RS232 signals into the Ethernet-transmissible signals. The content include the initialization program of RTL8019AS and the protocols needed in Ethernet communication, such as UDP, IP, ARP etc, in C196 programming language. Then provide the debugging approach and conclusion of this system.
