摘 要:应用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和透射电子显微镜(TEM)观察了普通铸铁中片状石的表面形貌及金属薄膜中片状石墨的透射形貌像,并应用选区电子衍射(SAED)方法研究了片状石墨的结构特征。试验结果表明,片状石墨在长度方向具有片层状微观形貌,在局部区域有许多台阶结构。微小的石墨片之间存在着许多层错,表面形成许多解理阶。石墨之间含铁素体相,并受其影响改变排列方向。选区电子衍射回证明,石墨片中有许多单晶体,绝大多数是无序排列的,因此衍射图中出现许多单晶和多晶电子衍射的重合。衍射图中部分区段衍射斑点密集,表现出织构结构特征。The surface morphology of a flake graphite in gray iron and the transmission morphology of aflake graphite in metal film have been observed using TEM and SEM, and the structure feature of aflake graphite was also studies by SAED. The experiment results revealed that the flake graphites occur in the form of schistose structure along the length and a lot of step structure in partial region.There are many faultes among the flake graphites and many cleavage steps form on its surface. The'ferrite phase occurs between the flake graphites which changes their arrangement direction, The SAEDphotograph proved there are a great number of single crystals in the flake graphites, which arranged atrandom, therefore, a numer of overlap of electron diffration for single crystal and polycrystal wereobserved in diffraction photograph, and the closely-spaced zone of diffraction spots was also seen inpartial region of SAED photograph, it showes the feature of a texture for the flake graphites.
