摘 要:通过4-氨基苯并-15-冠-5和相应的二醛反应,合成了两个Schiff碱型双(苯并-15-冠-5)2和3,进而通过硼氢化钠还原制备了双(苯并-15-冠-5)4和5;采用溶剂萃取的方法研究了它们与碱金属离子和碱土金属离子的键合行为.结果表明,双冠醚2~5都表现出优于母体苯并-15-5(1)的键合能力,而碳氮双键被还原后的产物(4和5)对金属离子的键合能力又显著地强于化合2和3.从冠醚的结构讨论了这些主体化合物对金属离子的溶剂萃取能力.Two Schiff alkynyl-bridged bis(benzo-15-crown-5)s (2 and 3) were synthesized by reaction of 4-aminobenzo-15-crown-5 with the corresponding dials, and both compounds obtained were further reduced by sodium borohydride to prepare bls (benzo-15-crown-5)s 4 and 5. Their cation binding behavior with alkali and alkaline earth metal ions was evaluated by solvent extraction of aqueous metal picrates. The results obtained indicate that 2-5 displays higher extractability than parent benzo-15-crown-5 (1), in which the extractability of 4 and 5 is higher that 2 and 3. The binding abilities and selectivity of these bis(benzo-15-crown-5)s are discussed from their structural factors.
