摘 要:简介了以异丙醇为溶剂合成钻井液用高粘羧甲基纤维素(HV-CMC)的方法。报道了所得HV-CMC的优异性能:在淡水、4%盐水及饱和盐水中的造浆率高,显著高于菲利蒲公司的PAC(FL100);在用量为通常的乙醇法HV-CMC用量的一半时,其提粘和降滤失能力在淡水钻井液中相近,在4%盐水和饱和盐水钻井液中较优,即抗盐膏能力更强。简介了异丙醇法HV-CMC在2口井的应用情况:文79-151井钻过盐层后井浆含Cl-30.18 g/L,加入HV-CMC提粘后顺利完钻,完钻后在井浆中加入HV-CMC配成稠泥浆推举带砂,在井浆中加入HV-CMC、水、重晶石配成封闭液封闭井底;卫79-171井钻过三套盐层后,用全部库存常法HV-CMC、SL-1和MAM101处理井浆,提粘效果不显著;后加入新法HV-CMC提粘并完钻。表5。The synthesis in isopropanol medium of high viscosity grade carboxymethylcellulose (HV-CMC) as drilling fluid additive is described briefly. Two outstanding properties of the HV-CMC synthesized are presented: the mud yield of this novel HV-CMC is significandy higher than that of Philip's PAC FL100 in fresh, 4% salt and saturated salt waters; the viscosifying and the filtrate loss reducing capacities of the novel HV-CMC in fresh water mud are alike and in 4% salt water and saturated salt water muds are higher at 1/2 use levels in comparison with that of a standard HV-CMC. The uses of the novel HV-CMC in 2 wells are presented concisely. In drilling well Wen-79-151, the CI- content of the mud used reaches 30.18 g/L after going through a salt sediment stratum, the mud is viscosified with the novel HV-CMC, the well drilling job is finished by using the viscosified mud, the sands and cuttings at the bottom are lifted and carried to surfaces by using a consistent fluid composed of the well mud and the novel HV-CMC and the well bottom is treated with a sealing fluid composed of the well mud, the novel HV-CMC, barite, and water. In drilling well Wei-79-17, after going through 3 complex salt deposit strata, the mud used is treated with all the stockpiled standard HV-CMC, SL-1, and MAM101 but the enhancement in mud viscosity properties appears minor; with the novel HV-CMC introduced, the well mud is properly viscosified and works well until the well drilling job finished.
