大庆外围油田油水井清防垢技术  

Reservoir Precipitates Removal and Prevention in Water Injection and Oil Production Wells at Peripheral Oil Fields of Daqing

摘　　要：针对大庆外围低渗油田油水井结垢严重的状况,开发了油水井清防垢技术.注水井清垢解堵剂是侧重解无机垢堵塞的多功能综合解堵酸液,对碳酸盐垢的溶解率达98.57%,对储层岩心的溶蚀率为13.85%,在外围各油田160口井应用,成功率96%,有效期1年以上,单井平均日增注44 m3,注水压力平均降低0.7 MPa.注水井防垢剂Ⅰ由有机磷酸盐、垢分散剂、铁离子络合剂等组成,加量30 mg/L时1～5天防垢率均为100%;在榆一联13口井使用,1年后平均注水压力仅上升0.8 MPa,平均视吸水指数仅下降0.06 m3/d·MPa,即3.70%;在1口加剂井1400 m(45℃)、1600 m(55℃)、1800 m(65℃)处挂片1年,测得结垢速率分别为0、0.0025、0.0062 mm/a,以3口对比井相应平均值为基准,防垢率分别为100%、97.15%、94.21%.油井清防垢剂ES为含有无机、有机溶剂、渗透剂、螯合剂、防垢剂等多种组分的油包水型乳状液,对油井垢的平均溶蚀率＞90%,加量10～50 mg/L时对碳酸钙、镁垢的防垢率均大于HEDP;通过油套环空加入37口结垢井,加量200 kg,加药周期1个月,使检泵周期延长至1年以上.表6.Three ways of reservoir precipitates removal and prevention in water injection wells （WIWs） and oil production wells （OPWs） are developed to slove severe scaling problems in peripheral low permeable oll fields of Daqing. The scale retrying/blockages relieving agent for WIWs is a multifunctional complex acidizing fluid mainly for removing inorganic salts precipitates and can dissolve 98.5% carbonate scale substances and 13.85% reservoir cores; this fluid has been used to remove reservoir blockages in 160 WIWs with 96% successfulness and the effective operations have led to positive response of WlWs continued over 〉1 year, to enhancement in volume of water injected daily by 44 m^3 per well and to decrease in water injection pressure （WIP） by 0.7 MPa in average. The type I scale inhibitor for WIWs is composed of organic phosphoric acid salts, dispersant, iron chelating agent, etc, and its inhibition rate is of 100% over 1--5 days at dosage 30 mg/L; in 1 year of starting application of this inhibitor in 13 WIWs at water treating/ injecting plant Yu-1, a raise of WIP by 0.8 MPa and a decrease in apparent water injectivity index by 0.06 m^3/d· MPa, that is , by 3.70%, are observed; through in-line monitoring in a chemically inhibited WlW at depth 1400 m（45℃ ）, 1600 m（55℃ ）, and 1800 m（65℃ ）, a scaling rate of 0, 0.0025, and 0.0062 mm/a, or an inhibition rate of 100%, 97.15%, and 94.21%, on the basis of coresponding values of scaling rate averaged over 3 control WIWs, respectively, is obtained. The scale rernoving/inhibiting agent ES for OPWs is a W/O emulsion composed of organic and inorganic solvents, penetrating, chelating, scale inhibiting and other agents, its average dissolving rate is of 〉90% for OPW seal substances and its inhibition rate for Ca and Mg carbonate scaling at dosage 10-- 50 mg/L is always higher than that of HEDP; introducing this agent in amount of 200 kg per well into 37 OPWs with scaling troubles through annulus every month has led to prolongation of the period
