摘  要:胜利垦西和孤岛下馆陶油藏产出流体腐蚀性强.垦西断块2口油井产出水、气水质、组成分析及腐蚀性测试结果表明,主要腐蚀因素是地层水和产出气中的H2S和COh以及随注入水进入地层的SRB菌的生长繁殖.为此研制了油井缓蚀剂GS-1,合成方法如下:有机酸和多胺在二甲苯中反应生成酰胺咪唑啉,加入甲醛、PCl3、水使之膦甲基化,调pH=8,用甲醇稀释至产物浓度为40%,即为GS-1.GS-1对A3和N80钢试片的静态缓蚀率,在饱和H2S和CO2、矿化度169 g/L的人工盐水中,加剂量30 mg/L时为≥90%(55~60℃,72 h),在垦西K24-5井产出水中,加剂量50 mg/L时为≥80%(60℃,7 d),均远好于对比药剂LG-8和SF-103.在孤岛中一区和垦西油田6口油井使用GS-1,单井日加量25 kg,使检泵周期由1.5~3个月延长至6个月以上.表9参1.The produced fluids are highly corrosive in Kensi and in district M1 of Gudao (lower Guantao formation reservoirs), Shengli. High H2S and CO2 contents in produced water and gas and in-situ growth of SRB bacteria in flooding water in reservoir strata are the main factors for corrosivity in the production wells as shown by the results of water quality analyses, gas comosition determinations and corrosivity tests made for the produced water and gas of two typical wells in Kensi. A downhole corrosion inhibitor, GS-1, is prepared by following procedure: commercial fatty acids and polyethylene polyamines are reacted in xylene to form amidoimidazolines, which are phosphinomethylated by formaldehyde and PCl3 in water and the end product is treated with NaOH to pH= 8 and diluted with ethanol to give corrosion inhibitor GS-1 in 40% solution. The static inhibition rote of GS-1 for A3 and N80 steel specimens is of ≥90% in a salt water of TSD = 169 g/L saturated by H2S and CO2 at dosage 30 mg/L and 55--60℃ in 72 hrs and of ≥80% in produced water of well K24-5 (Kensi) at dosage 50 mg/L and 60℃ in 7 days; in both cases GS-1 is far superior to control inhibitors LG-8 and SF-103. In district M1 of Gudao and in Kensi, Shengli, introducing GS-1 into 6 production wells at dosage 25 kg/d has led to prolongation of the duration between two pump overhaul jobs in a well from 1.5--3 months to 6 and more months.
