摘　　要：在对江苏省足球教练员岗位培训基本现状调查的基础上,分析了参加培训江苏省教练员的基本结构特征,在数量、年龄、区域分布、学历层次已经岗位分布等方面提出一系列具有针对性的建议和对策。On the basis of making Jiangsu Province,the thesis analyses produces guiding ideology in factors the investigation upon employment training about football coach in essential structural features and reason of them. And then, this thesis of number and age and regional distribution and so on.
