摘 要:研究不同激素配比的培养基对兰州百合和台湾新铁炮百合的叶片诱导与不定芽分化的影响,结果表明:2,4-D能诱导愈伤组织的形成,浓度为1.5~2.0 mg/L时,愈伤组织诱导率较高,愈伤组织质量较好.一定浓度范围内的6-苄基腺嘌呤(6-BA)、激动素(KT)以及萘乙酸(NAA)间的配组,能诱导小鳞茎的形成,并进一步分化成不定芽.当激素组合为6-BA 1.0 mg/L+NAA 0.5 mg/L时,兰州百合的出芽率与平均出芽数均达到最高,分别为70.83%和5.22个;当激素组合为6-BA 2.0 mg/L+NAA 1.0 mg/L时,台湾新铁炮百合的出芽率与平均出芽数达到最高,分别为90.00%和3.31个.In this paper we studied the effects of different hormone combinations on induction and differentiation of lily's leaves. The results showed that when the concentration range of 2,4-D was 1.5 -2.0 mg/L, it's good for callus induction, the rate of callus induced and callus quality were better. A certain range of concentratrion 6-BA and KT combined with NAA was more profit for buds induction and differentiation and the best effect of hormone combinations for Liliurn davidii var. unicolor on the buds inducing was 6-BA 1.0 mg/L-FNAA 0.5 mg/L,which rate of buds induced was 70. 83% and the number of bulblets induced was 5.22. The best treatment for Liliurn longflorurn X L. forrnosanurn to buds inducing was 6-BA 2.0 mg/L-FNAA 1.0 mg/L, its rate of bulblets induced was 90.00%, and the number of bulblets induced was 3.31.
