二甲基酮肟在亚临界锅炉酸洗钝化中的应用

摘　　要：二甲基酮肟是一种强还原剂，能在金属表面形成良好的钝化膜，其性能优于联氨钝化膜。通过实验室的钝化条件试验和动态试验，确定了二甲基酮肟钝化的工艺条件，现已成功地应用于国产１０２５ｔ／ｈ亚临界锅炉的化学清洗钝化处理，并取得良好效果。二甲基酮肟钝化的。艺条件为：二甲基酮肟浓度５００ｍｇ／Ｌ，ｐＨ９．５～１０．０，总铁不大于３００ｍｇ／Ｌ，时间１６～２４ｈ，钝化温度８０～９５℃。。甲基酮肟的钝化废液处理工艺简单，对环境无污染。Demcthyl ketoxime is a strong reducing agent, which can form a better passive film than hydrazine.Through the passivation test and dynamic test in laboratory the technological conditions of passivation by demethyl ketoxime are determined. and they have ben succesfully applied in passivation of a acid - cleaned domestic 1025t/h subcritical boiler. The technological conditions for passivation by demothyl ketoxime are as follows: Concentration of demethyl Ketoxime 500mg/l; pH-5～10.0;total iron no more than 300mg/l; duration time-16～24 hours;temperature-80℃-90℃.The technology of waste treatment after demethyl ketoxime passivation is quite simple and has no environmental deterioration.
