摘　　要：本文对相控变流器的垂直移相控制方式作了比较,认为正弦波垂直移相电路的控制特性优于锯齿波垂直移相电路。提出了三种正弦波垂直移相电路,并建议做成专用CMOS集成芯片。This paper mekes a comparison of the controlled modes of vertical phase shift of phase-controlled converter and draws a conclusion that the control characteristics of a sinusoidal wave vertical phase shift circuit is superior to that of a sawtooth wave vertical phase shif circuit. Two kinds of sinusoidal wave vertical phase shift circuit is presented and it is suggested that special purpose CMOS IC chips be built.
