摘 要:对2004年9月17日阳江Ms4.9地震进行总结。分析认为,这次地震属1969年阳江 Ms6.2主震后的晚期强余震,北东东向的平冈断裂和北西向的洋边海断裂是本次地震的主要发震构造,具有逆冲特征,这次地震的震感范围大,影响波及面广,震中烈度达Ⅵ,造成了一定破坏。震前1个月至临震微震(ML<1.0)频度密集,部分前兆台站出现中期和短期异常。文中最后概述了地震前后的应急对策和发挥的作用。The Ms 4.9 earthquake on September 17, 2004 in Yangjiang is analyzed. The result suggested that it is a later period strong aftershock of Yangjiang Ms 6.4 in 1969. According to the seismotectonic background, the causative fault of the earthquake is the Pinggan strike of NEE and Yangbianhai strike of EW, which make a feature of thrust fault. The feeling area and effect area were quite large during the main shock. The after earthquake site investigation showed that the Intensity in the area around the epicenter is determined as VI degree, and the earthquake caused a little losses in property. It is considered that there are some precursor anomalies before the earthquake, such as micro earthquakes (ML〈 1.0) frequency rapidly increasing one month before the shock, and so on. Finally, in the paper we summarize the emergency measurements as well as their role in the earthquake.
