摘 要:用乌斯特AFIS单纤维测试仪对在不同道夫速度条件下梳棉机采用梳针刺辊与锯齿刺辊,不同刺辊速度条件下梳棉机刺辊下采用梳针分梳板加小漏底和锯齿分梳板加小漏底的生条杂质变化情况进行检测。结果表明:锯齿刺辊对粒杂去除要好于梳针刺辊,而梳针刺辊对尘杂去除要好于锯齿刺辊,从去除杂质总数来看,以梳针刺辊为好。梳针分梳板在避免杂质破碎、减少生条杂质和异物率方面好于锯齿分梳板。Changing situation of carding sliver impurities of adopting card licker-in & zigzag linker-in in condition of different doffer speed, setting taker-in grid in card combing plate in the condition of different lick-in speed and setting taker-in grid in zigzag combing plate were tested by Uster AFIS single fiber tester. The test shows that zigzag licker-in has better removing ability for trash than that of card licker-in, and card licker-in has better removing ability for dust than that of zigzag licker-in, and removing impurities number of card licker is more, and card combing plate has better ability of avoid crushing & reducing foreign matter rate and carding sliver impurities than that of zigzag combing plate.
