摘  要:越来越多的证据显示,猪Ⅱ型圆环病毒(PCV2)是断奶后仔猪多系统衰竭综合征(PMWS)的主要病原之一.本研究克隆了两株PCV2浙江分离株(JS2003和Zhuji2003)的全基因并对其进行测序.序列分析结果表明,这两个基因组全长均为1767nt,与GenBank中的其它24株PCV2相比,核苷酸同源性为94.8%~99.8%,而与4株PCV1的核苷酸同源性仅为76.5%~78.0%.虽然PCV2基因从总体上来说相对稳定,但在不同地区分离到的PCV2中确实存在一定的基因差异.Postweaning multisystemic wasting syndrome (PMWS) is an emerging disease in swine herds worldwide. Increasing evidence indicates that porcine circovirus type 2 (PCV2) is responsible for PMWS. In this study, the complete genome of two PCV2 isolates, JS2003 and Zhuji2003, from two swine farms associated with PMWS in Zhejiang Province were amplified and sequenced. Sequence analysis indicated that the both isolates were 1767 nt in length and shared 98.6% nucleotide sequence identities. Moreover, they displayed 94.8% to 99.8% nucleotide homology with other 24 PCV2 isolates in GenBank and 76.5% to 78.0% nucleotide homology with four PCV1 isolates. The data also indicate that, although the genome of PCV2 is relatively stable in general, minor genetic differences do exist among PCV2 isolates from different geographical regions.
