摘 要:就温度、光照、土壤水分及pH值对矮生紫薇种子萌发的影响进行了研究,结果表明:种子萌发的土壤水分条件较宽,但40%~60%时的活力指数高;pH值以7.0~8.0适宜;在周期性光照条件下,最适宜种子萌发温度为25~30℃;在全黑暗条件下,以30℃为最佳.矮生紫薇种子具有明显的光促进萌发特性,并表现出温度对光照的补偿作用.The Study on germination characteristics of Lagerstroemia indica CV. Petite Pinkie seeds was carried out, which might be affected by four factors including temperature, lighting period, soil moisture and the value of pH. The conclusion showed that they could germinate under the wider content of soil moisture while the Index of seed vigour were the highest from 40% to 60% than other moisture conditions, pH value of 7.0-8.0 was optimum for their germination and growth. Moreover it indicated that their germination could be improved by illumination and the effects of illumination on germination can be compensated by temperature; on the condition of periodical illumination and darkness, the optimum temperature for their germination was 25-30℃; while of full darkness, it was 30℃.
