摘　　要：民营化作为行政改革的一种手段,已出现了全球化趋势。非营利组织的民营化是在行政改革的大背景下出现的。非营利组织民营化必须遵循三大原则:政府的领导性定位;尊重非营利组织的特殊属性;竞争对垄断的替代。As a way of administration reform, privatization is prevailing around the world. Under such surroundings, privatization of nonprofit organizations （NPO） comes out. Privatization of NPO include three parts： firstly definition and reasons; secondly, three principles of privatization of NPO driving from leader, characteristics of NPO and efficiency of management; finally, several advices to privatization of our countrys NPO.
