摘　　要：文章从首都经济圈水资源环境现状出发,以循环经济学为理论基础,提出水资源循环经济发展模式,用以解决首都经济圈水资源与经济发展的矛盾。重点分析该区水资源问题及其对国民经济的影响,并阐述以经济手段为主的具体对策,旨在从根本上解决水资源问题,促进区域和谐发展。The paper puts forward the model of water resource cyclic economy development to solve the contradiction of water resource use and economy development on the basis of the theories of cyclic economics and analyzing water resource environment situation in the capital economic circle.The author in particular analyzes the water resource problems in this area and its effect to the national economy and expounds the economic means and other countermeasures we can use to solve the water resource problems at all and promote the regional harmonious development.
