摘　　要：地理信息系统(G IS)是以地理空间数据为基础,采用地理模型分析方法,实时提供多种空间的和动态的地理信息,为地理研究和地理决策服务的计算机技术系统。矿山地理信息系统(MG IS)是将G IS应用于矿山的区域性地理信息系统,利用G IS为矿山生产、设计、规划等提供支持。文章分析了G IS在矿业中的应用现状,并指出了G IS用于矿业信息管理与预算评价的六个重点。Geography information system(GIS) is built on the basis of geography space data and the method of geography modal analysis.GIS is computer technology system which is able to provide dynamic geography information of varied space and provide the service for geography research and geography administration.Mine geography information system(MGIS) applies GIS to mine regional geography information system and provide the support for mining,design and planning of mining by the utilization of GIS.This paper analyzes the present situation of utilizing GIS in mining industry and points out six key respects of applying GIS in the mining information management and budget evaluation.
