摘　　要：介绍了钢制弯管涂敷双层环氧粉末的施工工艺和从成品管出厂各工序的质量要求、指标和控制方法。指出加强弯管防腐过程中各个环节的质量控制,可以有效地保证钢质弯管环氧粉末涂层的稳定性,提高生产效率和钢制弯管的防腐质量。This paper introduces the spraying technology for 2-layer epoxy powder coating of steel hot-bending bend and the quality requirements, indexes and controlling method for product bends manufactured in coating yards. It is pointed out that the sound quality control measures can effectively ensure the stability of epoxy powder coating for hot-bending bend,increase the productivity and coating quality.
