摘　　要：介绍了WiMAX论坛成员季度大会展示的新成果,描述了WiMAX的优点、频谱问题和新发布的两款WiMAX系统芯片,预见商用将是WiMAX技术的下一个主旋律,最后总结了中兴和华为在WiMAX技术领域的作为。This article firstly introduces the recent achievements shown in Quarter Meeting for WiMAX Forum Members,Secondly, it describes the advantages of WiMAX, the matters of frequency spectrum and the two, newly presented WiMAX system chip. Thirdly, it forecasts that the WiMAX technology for commercial use. is the next therne. Lastly, it summarizes the achicvements of ZTE and Huawei in the field of WiMAX technology.
