摘　　要：本文根据国家宏观统计数据,对我国政府通过科技拨款和税收减免等形式资助企业技术创新活动的情况,以两个监测指标和一组分析指标的形式进行了宏观监测分析,提出了自己的判断。Government can promote enterprise technology innovation by many methods, such as S＆T funding and exemption of taxes. Based on Chinese macrostatistical data, this paper studies the relationship between these government subsidizes and enterprise technology innovaton. We use two monitoring indicators and a set of analyzing index to study the macrostate of these subsidizes and arrive at some conclusions.
