摘 要:对29组共116个钢纤维高强混凝土抗剪试件进行了双面剪切试验,研究了钢纤维混凝土基体强度、钢纤维类型和钢纤维掺率对钢纤维高强混凝土抗剪强度的影响.试验结果表明:随着基体强度和钢纤维体积掺率的增加,钢纤维高强混凝土的抗剪强度逐步增高;在混凝土基体强度较高时,提高钢纤维掺量对钢纤维高强混凝土抗剪强度的改善作用有所减弱.试验中还发现,钢纤维混凝土抗剪强度受钢纤维横断面参数的影响很大,因此将现有的钢纤维混凝土抗剪强度计算公式中的纤维增强系数针对不同类型的钢纤维进行了修正,并考虑钢纤维直径的影响提出了新的计算方法,计算结果与试验结果符合较好.A total of 116 specimens divided into 29 groups were investigated in the dual shear test. A study of effects of factors such as matrix strength, type and volume fraction of steel-fibers on steel-fiber reinforced high-strength concrete was made. It is found that according to the increase of matrix strength and fiber content, the shear strength of SFRC(steel-fiber reinforced concrete) also increases. When the matrix strength is high, the improving effect of steel fiber on the shear strength of concrete falls down. It is also found that the characteristics of the cross section of fiber have much influences on the shear strength of SFRC. The steel-fiber strengthening modulus in the existing formula to calculate shear strength of SFRC is amended according to steel-fiber type. And a new formula considering the effect of the diameter of steel-fiber is given. It is shown that the calculation results accord with experimental results well.
