摘　　要：目的探讨中心静脉导管用于耻骨上膀胱穿刺造瘘治疗急性尿潴留的应用与护理。方法用带穿刺针单腔中心静脉导管行耻骨上膀胱穿刺造瘘术。穿刺成功后固定导管接袋引流尿液。结果65例病人经穿刺后均能导出尿液,解除尿潴留。结论该方法具有适应症广、禁忌症少、操作简便、创伤小、取材方便等优点,认真细致的观察和护理,对减少并发症,确保病人安全及疗效有明确意义。Objective To exploit the using and nursing of central venous catheterization using in treaing acute uroshesis. Methods Using the central venous catheterization to doing suprapubic puncture cystostomy, fixed catheterization the lead urine after puncture succeed . Results 65 patients were all can lead urine after puncture, relieved uroschesis. Conclusions This way has the merit included apply extensive , less contraindication, simple , small wound , acquire materials easy and thus, observation and nursin by wonderfully and carefully has clear and definite sense in reduce the complications, assure the patients safe and treating effectively.
