摘　　要：以徐州市1990-2000年统计年鉴和徐州市国土资源局的土地利用现状调查和土地利用变更调查的数据为依据,分析了徐州市近10年土地利用变化的基本特征,并在统计软件SPSS的支持下,对徐州市农用地利用变化的驱动因素进行了主成分分析。研究表明:经济、人口、农业结构调整是徐州市农用地利用变化的主要原因。据此,提出了土地资源可持续利用的建议。Based on annual statistic data from 1990 to 2000 of Xuzhou City and the data of the actuality and change of land use acquired by the administration of land and resources of the city, this paper analyzes the main characteristics of the changes of land use of Xuzhou in the past decade and analyzes the driving factors of these change using SPSS, concluding that economy,population and agricultural structure are the main reasons for the change.
