摘  要:目的:建立穿心莲药材的HPLC/UV色谱指纹图谱,并对不同产地的药材进行比较。方法:应用Shimadzu VP-ODS柱,0.1%甲酸乙腈与0.2%甲酸进行梯度洗脱,流速为1.0 ml/min,检测波长254 nm,柱温为室温。结果:得到分离度、重现性均较好的穿心莲药材HPLC/UV指纹图谱,标示了9个共有峰。应用HPLC/MS技术对其7个主要色谱峰进行了初步归属,并对不同产地药材的色谱指纹图谱进行了相似度评价。结论:穿心莲药材指纹图谱的建立,为其质量控制提供了依据。AIM: To establish the chromatographic fingerprints of Andrographis paniculata (Burro. f. ) Nees. by HPLC/UV and compare the fingerprints of Andrographis paniculata collected from different areas. METHOD: Separation was carried out on a Shimadzu VP-ODS column. Gradient elute was performed by the mobile phase consisting of 0.1% formic acidacetonitrile and 0.2% formic acid- water with the flow rate of 1.0 mL/min. The column temperature was set at 25 ℃ and detecting wavelength at 254 nm. RESULT: Perfect fingerprints were obtained which can be used for the evaluation of Andrographis paniculata. Nine common peaks were confirmed in fingerprints. Seven compounds were elucidated by HPLC/MS. CONCLUSION: The method can be applied for the quality control of Andrographis paniculata.
