摘　　要：本文围绕建立产业共性技术创新体系促进产业共性技术供给的思路,在分析产业共性技术涵义的基础上,提出了产业共性技术创新体系的概念,分析了我国产业共性技术创新体系建设现状,指出了我国产业共性技术创新体系的运作模式是建立政府主导的产业共性技术创新体系,同时,提出了政府主导的产业共性技术创新体系的组织形式和主要政策措施。With the elaboration of the idea that the construction of industrial generic technology innovation system will facilitate industrial generic technology supply, and on the basis of analysis of the connotation and features of industrial genetic technology, this paper advances the concept of industrial generic technology innovation system, analyzes the status quo of the industrial generic technology innovation system in China. Based on the above analysis, the paper points out that the operation mode of the industrial generic technology innovation system in China is to establish the government - oriented industrial generic technology innovation system. Simultaneously, it discusses the organizations and main policies of the proposed government - oriented industrial generic technology innovation system.
