摘 要:介绍了由大功率标准电阻与精密电子变压箱构成的有源大功率直流标准电阻器校验直流电阻测量仪的新方法,使校验精度、操作免受大电流、大功率的影响及有源大功率直流标准电阻器的硬、软件设计,分析了其误差的来源。实验表明,该法操作方便,准确度高,可取代传统大功率标准电阻器的校验方法。A new method calibrating direct current resistance measurer with active high power direct current standard resistor box is introduced which consists of a high-power standard resistor and a precise electronic voltage transformer box. The influence of big current and high power in calibration is avoided in this method. The high power direct current standard resistor box is introduced in detail in hardware and software design with analyzing its source of error. The experimental results indicate that this method is easy to operate and the result is precise. It has the capability to replace the traditional method which adopts high-power standard resistors.
