摘　　要：介绍了用于脱硫脱硝的200 kW脉冲电源的研制,该电源由供电、谐振充电、氢闸流管、脉冲形成网络(BPFN)、脉冲变压器和控制保护系统等组成.输出电压120 kV,电流峰值3 kA,脉冲宽度700～800 ns,重复频率600 Hz,能量转换效率≥70%,平均功率150～200 kW.在20 000m3/h的脱硫脱硝工业中试装置上的实验表明:脱硫效率稳定＞90%;副产物中SO42-:SO32-＞95:5.This paper gives an introduction to a 200 kW pulsed generator used for DeSO2 and DeNOx. This generator consists of a power supply system, a resonant charging system, a thyratron, a BPFN, a pulse transformer and a control system. Its main parameters are as follows： peak voltage 120 kV, peak current 3 kA, pulse width 700-800 ns, repetition frequency 600 Hz, energy efficiency over 70%, average power 150-200 kW. The generator was applied in the PPCP pilot flue gas desuflurization （FGD） plant with 20 000 Nma/h flue gas flow at the Thermal Power Plant. The experimental results show that SO2 removal over 90% and ratio of SO4^2- and SO3^2- in the by product over 95 ： 5 were achieved.
