摘 要:目的研究Graves(GD)患者外周血趋化因子的变化规律,探讨其在GD发病机理中的作用。方法采用酶联免疫吸附试验检测GD患者外周血趋化因子MDC、IP-10和RANTES水平变化,同时检测GD患者甲状腺功能和甲状腺自身抗体。结果GD患者MDC、IP-10水平明显高于正常对照(P<0.01,P<0.05),其血清水平与甲状腺功能正相关。结论趋化因子MDC、IP-10参与了GD的免疫病理过程,在GD病程早中期免疫应答可能是Th1和Th2平衡增强阶段,后期逐渐转为以Th2为主。MDC等可作为GD患者的免疫功能和病情监测指标。Objective To investigate the role of serum chemokines in the pathogenesis of Graves' diseases(GD). Methods Serum levels of maerophage- derived ehemokine(MDC), interfeton γ- inducible protein 10 (IP- 10), regulated upon activation, normal T cell expressed and secreted factor(RANTES) were determined by enzyme - linked immunosorbent assay, the thyroid function and thyroid autoantibodies were analysed. Results Serum levels of MDC, IP- 10 were significantly higher in patients with GD than in controls (P 〈 0.01, P 〈 0.05). MDC and IP- 10 were associated with thyroid function. Conclusion In the study, MDC, IP- 10 ehemokines may be involved in the immunopathologie process of GD. Immune reaction of Thl and Th2 were enhanced in early and middle stage of this disease, and Th2 was enhanced in later stage. MDC, IP - 10 may be regarded as the markers of the immune function and the disease activity of GD.
