摘 要:在基础实验研究,理论分析,应用研究的基础上,重点对铸坯模锻变形过程吕应力状态对消除铸态组织的影响进行了较深入的分析。同时提出了铸坯模锻应力状态下合理选取锻造比的基本原则和依据。分析研究结果表明:铸坯在模锻中,力学特征有利于提高其机械性能,确保锻件质量。On the base of foundational experiment, theorical analysis and application research, this paper emphatically carried out deeply analyzing that effect of the stress state on relieving casting structure during the process of cast blank die forging, and also it proposed the foundation and the principle, which was how to select reasonably the forging ratio (or deformating degree) in the stress state of cast blank die forging. The researched results gave that the mechanical characteristic of cast blank in die forging was useful to improve the mechanical properties and the forging qualities.
