摘　　要：以4-氨基环己醇为原料，经酰化、氧化两步反应，合成了医药中间体4-乙酰氨基环己酮，研究了反应条件及影响因素，确定了以4-氨基环己醇为原料，经氨基乙酰化Jones试剂氧化的合成工艺路线，所合成的产品为白色粉末状晶体，熔点130-135℃。合成工艺的反应条件温和适合工业生产。The syntbesis of medicinal intermediate compound N- （4-oxocyclohexyl） acetamide with 4-aminocyctohexanol as raw material via acetylization, oxidation is discussed. The reaction conditions and influencing factors have been studied. The detail synthetic process starting from 4-aminocyclohexanol with acetylation of amino group and then oxidization by Jones agent was determined. The final product is white crystal powder with melt point of 130- 135 ℃ This synthetic mute is suitable for commercial production as its mild reaction conditions.
