摘　　要：以5-硝基-异酞酸为原料，采用硫化钠复配还原剂，合成了5-氨基-异酞酸。试验研究了影响反应和得率的多种因素，如原料配比、复配还原剂的选择、反应温度、反应时间以及产品的精制方法等，并进行了正交试验，确定了最佳配方和工艺条件。5-Amino-isophthalic acid was synthesized from 5-nitro-isophthalic acid using Na2S composite reducing agent. The factor affecting the reaction yield, such as raw material, choice of composite reducing agent, reaction temperature, reaction time and refining method of 5-amirrisophthalic acid and etc. , were studied. The optimum reactant compostion and reaction conditions were obtained by orthogonal design method.
