摘 要:在已经加入WTO,并步入21世纪的今天,“娃娃亲”在中国农村仍以不同的方式存在。显然,这并非仅仅是由于农民的保守、愚昧。在对传统等概念反思的基础上,根据实地调查材料,分析了在河北省梨区存在的换小帖这一现代农村“娃娃亲”的婚约形式与当地习俗、经济和村民心理等之间的密切关系,意在强调传统(民俗)在不同场景中的自我调适,传统的当下性、渐变性、有机性等特征,即传统的动力学。Child Marriage (wawaqin) still exists in one way or another in some rural areas of China, even though the time has entered an age of WTO and 21st century. However, this is not merely a phenomenon related to the conservativeness and ignorance of the peasants. In fact, an immediate relationship could be observed, according to our investigation data, between its existence and the local custom, economic state and the psychology of the villagers. For example, in Li Qu, Hebei Province, child marriage engagement has taken a form of Huan Xiao Tie (exchange of each child's birth date card for the match) in the modern countryside, the phenomenon of which reveals that such tradition (folk custom) has a capability of self-adaptation in alternative social environments. The characteristics of currentness, guaduality and organicality of the tradition is what we call the Dynamics of Tradition.
