摘　　要：本文对影响酯硬化水玻璃干法再生砂强度及可使用时间的酯加入量、水玻璃模数、浓度、原砂含水量等因素进行了试验。采用低模数水玻璃，减少酯加入量，可使酯硬化水玻璃干法再生砂的终强度接近新砂和湿法再生砂的终强度。A study has been made of the effect of some factors such as ester addition level,modulus and density of water glass,humidity of base sand on the compressive strength and bench life of the dry reclamation of ester-silicate sand.The strength of dry reclaimed sand for ester-silicate sand is comparableto that of new sand and wet reclaimed sand when using low modulus of water glass and reduced esteraddition level
