摘  要:作者通过正交试验研究了水玻璃对以α淀粉为主的复合粘结剂的改性效果,并试验了淀粉、膨润土、水分、常温放置时间、烘干温度和时间等因素对型砂性能的影响。生产应用表明,以α淀粉为主的复合粘结剂经水玻璃改性后,型砂中α淀粉和膨润土加入量可分别降到2.5%和1.5%,而表面安定性大于90%,流动性大于60%,型砂即时湿压强度为0.05~0.073MPa,烘干后强度较湿强度高几倍到几十倍。The modified effect of sodium silicate on composite binder based an α-stsrch was studied by orthogonal design of experiments,further experiments were performed about the influence of addition level of starch、bentonite and moisture,retention time,drying temperature and time on the properties of moulding sand. The results of application showed that,when modifying the composite binder based on α-starch by sodium silicate,the addition level of α-starch and bentonite in moulding sand was reduced to 2. 5% and 1.5% separately, the surface stability of moulding sand was more than 90%, its fluidity was over 60%, the green compression strength of the moulding sand was reached 0.051 ̄0. 073MPa,the strength at drying state was higher than that of green state from several times to several 10 times.
