摘  要:为了更直观和准确地显示凝固数值模拟结果,研究了在PC机上用TVGA卡以高分辨率256色图形模式模拟凝固进程的原理和方法。通过引入形状因子的概念,并在彩色图象模拟中采有了辉度技术、多窗口图象对比显示技术和空间线性插值法,准确、逼真地模拟了不同时刻、任意角度和截面上的铸件三维温度场,同时预测了铸件内部的缩孔和疏松危险区,在此基础上生产出无缺陷的致密铸件。In order to represent the numerical simulation results of solidification more objectively and more accurately, the principle and method on modeling solidification have been studied by using 256-colour graphics mode with high resolution via TVGA on PC. In terms of applying the conception of shape factor, colour brilliance technique, multiple windows images comparison display technique and space linear interpolation method, 3-D temperature field of castings from any angle and arbitrary section at diffgrent time was simulated accurately and distinctly, and the dangerours zones where shrinkage cavity and porosity occurs easily in castings can be also predicted. Based on the technique, sound castings were produced by optimizing the casting technologies.
