摘  要:目的观察饮水补镁对大鼠血脂及炎性因子的影响,探讨镁对动脉粥样硬化预防的可能机制。方法 Wistar大鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型组和高镁组,喂养8周后采集制备血清及组织匀浆,测定炎症标志物肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)及血脂并进行病理评分。结果模型组大鼠心肌及主动脉IL-6、TNF-α显著高于高镁组和对照组(P<0.05),血清TNF-α未测及,模型组血清IL-6显著高于其他2组(P<0.01);高镁组、模型组血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),但高镁组中三者均显著低于模型组(P<0.05),同时高密度脂蛋白胆固醇/TC显著高于模型组(P<0.05);主动脉内膜斑块评分高镁组低于模型组(P<0.05)。结论适当饮水补镁有助于调节机体炎性因子,预防动脉粥样硬化。Objective To observe the influence on blood lipopmtein and inflammation factors induced by magnesium-added water, and to investigate potential protective mechanism of magnesium on atherosclerosis in rats. Methods The concentration of blood lipids, tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) and interleukin-6 (IL-6) in serum, and homogenized tissue were determined, and the pathological changes of aorta were evaluated in control group (normal diet and water), model group (high-fat diet and normal water) and study group (high-fat diet and magnesium fortified water) at the end of week 8. Results TNF-α and IL-6 in myocardium and aorta were significantly higher in modal group than those in study group and control group (P 〈 0.05). Serum TNF-α was not detected. Serum IL-6 in model group was significantly higher than in the other two groups (P 〈 0.01). Lipid file analysis showed that total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride, and low density lipoprotein-cholesterol in model group and the study group were significantly higher than that in control group (P 〈 0.05), and they were significantly lower in study group than in model group (P 〈 0.05). High density lipoprotein-cholesterol/TC in study group were significantly higher than in model group (P 〈 0.05). Atherosclerotic evaluations scores were significantly lower in study group than that in model group (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Magnesium is beneficial to prevent atherosclerosis through down-regulation of inflammatory factors.
