摘　　要：通过对零件的工艺分析,改进了工艺方案,用一副复合模完成4道工序,虽然结构较为复杂,但降低了模具成本,提高了生产效率;并介绍了该复合模的结构特点、设计思路。Over the analysis to the process of parts, the process program is improved. By using one pair of compound die to finish 4 working procedures, the die costs is lowered, working efficiency gets improved though the structure is complex. Furthermore, the structural characters, design idea and questions required attention as well as the assembling process characters of this die are introduced respectively.
