摘　　要：目的:利用彩色多普勒超声诊断腹股沟斜疝,探讨其诊断的临床价值。方法:利用高频探头扫查腹股沟处包块,观察其大小、内部回声及有无蠕动或变化。结果:超声诊断腹股沟斜疝40例,均经手术证实,其中3例为嵌顿疝。结论:超声诊断腹股沟斜疝方便、快捷、准确性高,具有较高价值。Objective To study the clinical value of Color Doppler ultrasonography in the diagnosis of indirect inguinal hernia. Methods We reviewed and analysed 40 cases indirect inguinal hernia diagnosised by Color Doppler utrasound. Results Forty cases were diagnosed accurately on sonograms, 3 cases of them were nested hernia. Conclusions Ultrasonography is a convenient,quick and accurate method in the diagnosis of indirect inguinal hernia.
