摘　　要：随着各种胸部创伤的增多,如何提高胸部创伤的诊治率,降低死亡率,现将我院1994年9月至2004年8月胸部创伤248例诊治情况进行分析,结果:治愈245例,治愈率98.4%,死亡4例。结论:对胸部创伤的早期诊断正确治疗,注意并发症的处理可有效降低胸部创伤的死亡率。As the increasing kinds of the thorax wound, how to improve the rate of therapy and lower the death rate is very important, Now, there are 248 cases analysis of this kinds of conditions. Results The cure rate is 245 cases, can up to 98.4 % （4 dead persons）. Conclusion the forepart therapy is vertical to the patients, and the delusion to lower the edath rate of the thorax wound.
