摘  要:选择I-DEAS软件为前处理平台,实现铸件三维实体造型和自动剖分;解决了I-DEAS软件与主计算程序的数据接口;采用直接差分法编制了适用于各种多材质复杂铸件三维凝固模拟的通用程序;对不规则剖分单元,采用变时间步长技术,大大提高计算效率,在后处理程序中,可对铸件任意剖分,直观地显示铸件任意部位不同时刻的温度场;采用插值技术,实现彩色图像模拟温度场的色彩平滑过渡。The 3 dimensional entity shape and automatical segmentation for castings were performed using I DEAS software as a work platform of preprocessing,the data conversion between I DEAS software and master program are also sloved successfully.The general program of 3 dimensional computer simulation suitable for various complex shaped castings has been developed by utilizing direct finite difference method.For the irregular segmentation element, adopting technique of various computing step can increase the efficiency of calculation significantly.In the post processor,the CAST3D software can visually display the temperature field of casting with arbitrary section or various angles and different time.Color simulation technique is applied to the process based on a linear interpolation method,the smooth transition of color was done in the simulation of temperature field by image.
