摘　　要：基于IP网络的话音传输(VoIP)技术目前已经发展成为一种专门的通信技术,随着它的高速发展,其安全性日益引起人们的关注。文章简要介绍了VoIP的基本原理及应用现状,指出在安全方面存在的漏洞与不足,着重分析了目前构建IP电话体系结构的H.323协议与SIP协议2种主要标准,并分别介绍了各自采用的安全措施,最后给出了VoIP的发展趋势和研究方向。The transmission of voice that based on IP network （VoIP） has already developed into one kind of special communication technology, with the rapid development of VoIP, more and more attentions are paid to the security of VoIP. In this paper the basic principle and application status of the VoIP are introduced and the shortages on security are pointed out, The standards of H. 323 and SIP that are used to construct the VoIP telephone system respectively are analyzed emphatically. The methods to solve the security problems in these two standards are introduced in detail. Finally, the development trend and research direction of the VoIP is given out.
