摘  要:用CO_2连续激光在5CrNiMo钢表面熔覆(Ni+Cr)包覆细颗粒TiC复合粉末涂层.微观分析结果表明:TiC颗粒周围优先被Cr相晶粒包覆;粘结金属在凝固应力作用下,Ni相晶粒形成滑移带,Cr相晶粒形成孪晶;TiC不易溶解于液态(Ni+Cr)中,而易溶于Fe基合金中;凝固过程中TiC在涂层与基体的液相交互扩散区中析出,并发现碳化物(Fe,Cr)_(23)C_6;同时还形成大量α和γ微晶。微晶的形成与高度弥散析出的TiC晶核密切相关.Coating of TiC particles coated with Ni-Cr alloy on the surface of 5CrNiMo steel specimens has been obtained with CO2 continuous laser treatment. The microstructure of the coating was investigated. The results show that TiC grains are preferably encircled by Cr phase. The gliding band formed in Ni crystal and the deformation twinning formed in Cr crystal are due to solidified stress. The TiC phase in interdiffusion zone dissolves more easily in Fe-matrix than in Ni-Cr phase. The microcrystals of a and y phase were also observed and their formation is related to the dispersively precipitated TiC.
